In this meeting we will have two talks:
18:00 - 19:15 Introduction to Agile Methodologies and Concepts
by Roy Osherove, Agile Lead, Sela
In this talk we'll take a dive into what Agile Methodologies are and how they differ from "classic" development methodologies. We'll understand why many projects fail and see how Agile tries to minimize risks by using various techniques. We'll also compare two leading Agile Methodologies: eXtreme Programming and Scrum.
19:30 - 20:45 Scrum Planning

In this talk we'll dive deep into the heart of Scrum, and see how planning works during and before a Scrum iteration. We'll also review planning poker, a simple and effective strategy for managing estimations, with participation from the crowd. Come prepared!
